To be able to use the hands and arms is often a major priority for people with neurological conditions. We have made it our priority to offer dedicated upper limb therapy to maximise our client’s goals and quality of life.

Our therapists are experienced in providing Upper Limb Rehab as well as Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), which has strong evidence for its efficacy and results in the national stroke guidelines. We use this and other latest research and guidelines to help people improve or maintain arm function and hand dexterity.

We run 2-week Upper Limb intensive courses throughout the year, which involves use of principles of CIMT where appropriate. We also have a weekly upper limb class, which provides people with an opportunity to increase dosage of practice- a key element to good outcomes.

We welcome anyone with a neurological condition affecting the arm and hand, including stroke, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and others.
