A fall affects much more than your physical health. Even a near-fall reduces confidence, changes how you move and you may avoid activities you previously enjoyed.
. Most falls are preventable and falls prevention programs significantly improve your balance and your confidence.
A physiotherapist led falls prevention program will improve yourbalance, muscle strength, coordination, walking patterns and reaction times. . The program will also reduce your risk of falling if you have neurological and vestibular conditions.
Check out our eight-week program – Balance Ahead by Coffs Neuro Physio. It is a physiotherapist-led falls prevention program to help you improve your balance and strength, build confidence and remain active and independent.
